New adult members always welcome at Oxted Offshore Sailing Club. Our current membership includes all levels of experience from complete beginners to trans-Atlantic seafarers, as well as boat-owners and those who simply want to enjoy occasional sailing in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
We meet up at 8pm on the last Wednesday of every month for a relaxed and casual evenings that provide the opportunity to chat about anything nautical and enjoy the company of like-minded enthusiasts. More details here: Club Nights
Typically we sail in the Solent but we also venture further afield around the UK, across Europe and even as far as the Caribbean! The club is an excellent way to match boat owners with crew and vice versa, and to help with yacht chartering. See our Calendar page for details of forthcoming sailing and social events.
If you’d like to know more before coming along to a club night then please email us at any time or send us a message using the form below.
I have recently moved into the area and have stumbled across your web site.
I work as a Fire Fighter in London, which has given me the opportunity to undertake some RYA qualifications including: VHF Radio, Day Skippers Theory, Yachtmaster Theory, Sea Survival.
Last year I also obtained my Day Skipper Practical qualification, from Elite Sailing based at Chatham Maritine Marina.
I would be very interested in offering myself as a crew member, for any forthcoming events planned in the Oxted Offshore calendar.
Hi Mark,
Why not pop in to one of our monthly club nights to meet other members and introduce yourself? We meet at Limpsfield Tennis Club on the second Wednesday of every month from about 8.30pm
